2. Payment Processing
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase, except for orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been successfully received, or the order has been successfully confirmed in the case of COD.
If a payment is declined, fails, or is not authorized, the order will not be confirmed.
3. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on Ayneskia are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated at checkout.
4. Secure Payment Processing
Ayneskia uses SSL encryption and trusted payment service providers to ensure that all transactions are processed securely.
We do not store your credit card details, UPI credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be reviewed and disputed where necessary. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first at support@ayneskia.com so we can help resolve the matter promptly.
6. Fraud Prevention
Ayneskia reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, or failed verification.
For certain high-value transactions, prepaid orders, or suspicious orders, we may request additional identity or payment verification before processing the order.
